IP Surveillance Cameras
For
the ultimate in security, your organization needs Internet-based
surveillance. If you have been looking into security systems for your
business, our Internet-based, streaming video surveillance solutions are
the most flexible, cost-effective answer.
IP network video surveillance systems
are based on the TCP/IP network protocol using industry standard
computer systems and software. IT professionals throughout the world are
familiar with this technology and knowhow to support it.
This has several important advantages.
There is never any analog to digital conversion – the images come
straight from the camera. There is no signal loss with long cable runs –
the network takes care of delivering packets and is highly resistant to
tampering and interference. Wiring is simple – standard CAT 5. It is
compatible with other equipment already in your data center, like
network switches and routers.
Analog cameras are limited to the
resolution of a television screen – 480 lines for NTSC. Frame rates
depend on the speed of the capture card – rated in total frames per
second, divided by the number of cameras. With IP video there are no
such limits. The network is infinitely expandable and resolution and
frame rate are determined by the camera.
IP video is great for applications
involving distance. A typical application would be a corporate
headquarters wanting to monitor a production facility in another state,
or even off-shore. This tele-presence has helped companies meet their
delivery schedules and gives them a way to work together to solve
problems if any arise. Access control, industrial process control,
security alarms and other equipment can be integrated into a TCP/IP
based system to address your comprehensive security needs.
Features:
- Access your cameras from any where
- Integrate your cameras with your phone system
- Support Pan/Tilt/Zoom cameras, extensible to add new control protocols.
- High performance independent video capture and analysis daemons allowing high failure redundancy.
- Multiple Zones (Regions of Interest) can be defined per camera. Each can have a different sensitivity or be ignored altogether.
- User friendly web interface allowing full control of system or cameras as well as live views and event replays.
- Supports live video in mpeg video, multi-part jpeg and stills formats.
- Supports event replay in mpeg video, multi-part jpeg, stills formats, along with statistics detail.
- User defined filters allowing selection of any number of events by combination of characteristics in any order.
- Event notification by email or SMS including attached still images or video of specific events by filter.
- Automatic uploading of matching events to external FTP storage for archiving and data security.
- Includes bidirectional X.10 (home automation protocol) integration allowing X.10 signals to control when video is captured and for motion detection to trigger X.10 devices.
- Multiple users and user access levels
- Full control script support allowing most tasks to be automated or added to other applications.
- Support external triggering by 3rd party applications or equipment.
- And much much more…
